We believe every student is capable of learning when given the right opportunity!
Our first step is to meet with the you and your student to determine his or her academic needs and your goals for tutoring. We will ask you a few questions about your student's current progress in school and ask you and your student to fill out a short questionnaire. You have the opportunity to ask lots of questions. This initial meeting is FREE and great way to determine if tutoring is a good fit for your family. When you decide to begin tutoring, your tutor will create lesson plans specifically for your child. Together, you and your tutor determine a tutoring schedule and location that meets your needs. Tutoring generally occurs in the student's home, the tutor's home, or a location convenient to you.

Graduate of the Universidad Central de Bayamon in Puerto Rico
I graduated Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach Florida with a B.S. in Aviation Computer Science. While there I was a Supplemental Instruction Leader for Calculus I and Calculus II. After graduation I worked as a Software Engineer at Soft Reality - my favorite project was a touch screen coloring book for Universal Studios. I married, had two kids and did in-home tutoring for math (6-12th grade) until my kids started school. Took a break to focus on family, had two more kids and now I am tutoring math again! Math is my passion, but I also enjoy running, biking, and playing flute/marimba/piano. I've also been known to enjoy WWE wrestling. Volunteer jobs include: Sunday School teacher for middle school kids, Science Olympiad coach while my boys were in 7th-9th grade, website maintainer for WhyIsThisHappening.org, and Friendship mentor for adults with disabilities.
